About OD Unit

A technology and data intelligence company focused on making complex logistics and supply chain decisions more visible, measurable and controllable.

Modern logistics depends on information distributed across orders, carriers, freight quotations, transport milestones, customs processes, documents, invoices, operational messages and external systems.

OD Unit is designed to connect those information flows into a controlled operating environment so organizations can understand what has happened, what is expected to happen, what it may cost, where uncertainty exists and which operational actions require attention.

Built for Multi-Party Logistics

The platform is designed for multi-party logistics. Shippers, manufacturers, retailers, distributors, freight forwarders, carriers, brokers, warehouses and other service providers may participate in the same movement while using different systems and operating under different contractual and regulatory responsibilities.

OD Unit therefore treats visibility as a permissioned capability rather than an assumption that every participant should see the same information.

Our Product Direction

Our product direction combines workflow orchestration, shipment and milestone visibility, cost intelligence, document and event management, exception handling, analytics and decision support.

Automation is intended to reduce repetitive operational work while preserving human accountability for decisions with material commercial, legal, regulatory or safety consequences.

Evidence Before Certainty

OD Unit follows an evidence-before-certainty principle. Confirmed external events, customer-provided information, internally generated calculations, estimates, forecasts and recommendations should be distinguishable wherever technically practical. Source, timestamp, status and relevant assumptions should be preserved where available.

Designed for Multiple Jurisdictions

The platform is intended to support multiple jurisdictions and trade corridors through configurable controls, integrations and jurisdiction-aware processing. It does not assume that one country's legal framework, customs process or operating model applies universally.
