You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal shipments (e.g., hazardous materials without declaration, contraband).
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell platform data without written consent.
• Interfere with system integrity (e.g., DDoS attacks, automated scripts exceeding rate limits).
• Input false tracking data or manipulate carrier statuses.

Data Retention Policy

• Shipment records: retained for 7 years (regulatory compliance).
• API logs: 90 days for debugging.
• Deleted data: permanently anonymized after 30 days.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• Uptime: 99.9% monthly (excluding scheduled maintenance).
• API response: <500ms for 95% of requests.

Support response:

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Monthly plans: cancel anytime; no refunds for partial months.
• Annual plans: pro-rated refund within first 30 days.
• Enterprise contracts: as per signed MSA.

Changes to Policies

We update policies with 30 days' notice via email and dashboard notification.
